This is a 12-week plan that can be customised to fit any specific needs and it includes 36 training sessions to be used over this period. This plan is for those who are able to commit to an increased training schedule to secure their goals and reduce risks of procastination. Typically with this plan you would see your coach 3x per week while you train on your own the rest of times. This approach is highly bespoked and unlike group sessions you will have guarantee that your results and performance are prioritised.
The sessions will be delivered only at the exclusive Results Mindset Fitness Studio located in SE12 0HR, London.

I was born and bred on the sunny coasts of south west England but I currently work and live in South London. I am a CIMSPA qualified Personal Trainer and UKBFF Men Physique Athlete committed to helping people achieve their dream physiques and bodies using a custom mix of tested and trusted wellness solutions and processes.
When I was 15 and in high school, I weighed 55 kg (121 lbs. for the metric impaired) and I felt so weak and skinny! I did not feel attractive… I felt intimidated by the bigger, fitter and stronger people at the gym and the thought of competing with these ‘big’ people left me stressed. As if that was not bad enough… I had back problems to deal with!
I was not happy with where I was physically and I knew the first step to changing my body had to come from my mind. I saw my biggest challenge – the will to change – and I made the decision to overcome that challenge… a decision that has brought me to the best place (physically and mentally) I have been in years. Weight training has been my life and passion for the last 10 years. During this time I had the opportunity to learn from different coaches and trainers and I witnessed my own body transform as a result of dedication, patience and endless motivation. As Charles Darwin once said, “it is not the strongest of the species that survive, or the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
